During my stay, the hotel provided spacious and bright rooms, although they were warmer than the ones downstairs. The cleanliness was commendable, yet it was quite cold and lacked night lamps. The service from the staff was super friendly and helpful, although the manager didn't speak English and charged an additional 'hotel insurance' not included in the booking. The location was great, being quiet yet close to many fabulous restaurants. The dining experience was good, especially for vegetarians like us, although it could be improved by adding more variety. The hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.
